that is correct, we build our character around that specific skill gem called Raise Spectre which we chose to be our primary damage dealing minion

when people say specter build do they mean the spell raise specter?

Can you do a high budget one on hyrris watch spectres for 3.24? Loved those spectres but they got so nerfed from the last couple of leagues.

Awakened gmp + greater volley does wonders. Specially if u use 30% area in tree, have the hunger jewel too. Ascend passive for + area is awesome for clear too.

Those spectres look like Lunaris Concubines which is also my current spectres. Thank you for showcasing this <3

Too slow. Not flashy enough. More than 2 buttons. Chris disapproves.

They get animation locked a bit too often, but honestly they are still high up as far as pure physical melee spectres go.

I've been on the spectre testing grind for years brother, it's a long road.

I've been doing some Spectre testing myself, currently been trying to verify whether or not there is any way to get chaos callers into the desecrate pool, have you tried finding a way to get these guys yet? They have a similar "not In the desecrate pool" problem

these are great, thank you for the tests and showcases. frankly upon reflection, all GGG really needs to do to make spectres better is make the gem more powerful, it's a simple fix, there are a bunch of great spectre options that vary in a lot of aspects but giving us a more powerful gem would make us try to use the weaker ones's other attributes more and it would add to the creativity of builds, right now the weak cool ones are so ineffective there is just no real practical excuse to use them, it's just for the visuals or playstyle, they can't actually clear real content or do ubers without super top tier defensive structure and near mirror stuff for offense

you should share your POB's for these, it would be very useful even if you're not doing a ton of tailoring between spectre tests/showcase except support gems, these are great though and very useful, and fun, I'll be trying more types, I have a standard character that I am currently doing a bunch of this with

I am new to minions, I'm playing holy relic right now and have lvl 98 witch that I can respec to real minion build :D I just want to find something that will be uber boss viable, and be able to clear t17 at any even very low speed. I want to have fun with them before league is finished. can you suggest what build is best for it?

These are probslby the best melee spectres outside of crushclaws. I have tried them in a mid budget setup and they perform quite well. Map clear suffers a bit due to them being locked into animations.
